All JOOT cushions are made to order. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and dispatched.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, you are eligible for a replacement. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Exchange Process
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and supporting images. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement accordingly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
JOOT reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unsuccessful payment verification.
